Every fanon. Every faction. Every character. That's the credo here at the Destiny Fanon wiki, the wiki for all manner of fanon related to Bungie's long-awaited "shared-world shooter" Destiny, released on September 9, 2014, for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One consoles.
What is Destiny, anyway?[]
Destiny is a 2014 first-person shooter video game developed by Bungie and published by Activision. It was released on September 9, 2014, for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One consoles. Destiny marked Bungie's first new franchise since the Halo series, and the developers have a ten year plan for the franchise. Set in a "mythic science fiction" world, the game features a massively-multiplayer "shared-world" environment with elements of role-playing games. Since launch, Bungie has released four expansion packs, The Dark Below in December 2014 and House of Wolves in May 2015, The Taken King in September the same year, and Rise of Iron in September of 2016. The full sequel, Destiny 2, is set for release sometime later this year.
Help needed[]
Guys. I would do it myself if I knew how, but I can not so I am asking you, the community, for help. Our beloved Destiny Fanon Wiki is in some very deep need of a graphic overhaul. As it is now, our graphic profile is raw and boring. Some suggestions:
- Background image.
Simple enough, a semi-transparent image so we don't have to look at a flat grey box all day. - Header image.
As it is now, our Homepage link is but a bluetext link. We should do something about this. - Tab icon.
Lots of webpages out there have an unique icon for their browser tabs. Would be neat if we had one too, instead of the default Wikia one.
